For property agents

Save the settlement. Keep the commission.

When a buyer's finance falls over a week out, a bridge arranged in days can keep the contract alive. Introduce them in 60 seconds and do zero paperwork. Introduction fee by arrangement.

How it works

01
Flag the deal
Send us the buyer, the property and the settlement date. No forms, no document pack from you.
02
We match & introduce
We match the deal with a funder and email you their introduction. Reply and they handle assessment, terms and settlement directly with the buyer and their solicitor.
03
The contract completes
Your sale settles, your commission is safe, and an introduction fee is paid by arrangement.

What's in it for you

The deal survives
A bridge arranged in days rather than weeks keeps a contract alive that would otherwise fall over.
Zero workload
Assessment, structuring and settlement are handled for you.
On top of commission
An introduction fee by arrangement, entirely separate from your sale commission.

When to pick up the phone

The buyer's finance fell through
Approval withdrawn or valuation short, with settlement days away.
They need to buy before they sell
The purchase settles first and the sale proceeds land later.
The bank will not move in time
Credit is still weeks away and the vendor will not extend again.
The deposit is short
Equity is sitting in another property the buyer already owns.

The arrangement

Agreed
Introduction fee
by arrangement, set with you up front.
60s
To refer
a name and the rough need.

refer as much or as little as you like.

Sixty seconds is all it takes. Your buyer is contacted directly, about this and nothing else.

your buyer is only ever contacted about this

Common questions

What kind of buyers can you fund?

Australian companies and trusts borrowing for a business purpose, secured against commercial, industrial, land or investor-held residential property. We are not a home loan lender, so an owner-occupier buying a house to live in is not a fit.

How late in the process can you come in?

Later than most. A caveat can be lodged in days, which is why a settlement that looks lost on Monday can still complete that week. Tell us as soon as the finance looks shaky rather than once it has formally collapsed.

Will you cross-sell or take my client?

No. We solve the one problem you bring us and hand the relationship back. There is no exclusivity arrangement and we will not approach your vendor or buyer about anything else.
